About the Role
Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain hotel facilities and provide a comfortable experience for guests. This position works primarily on the evening shift and supports general building maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and guest service requests.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the property
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks in guest rooms and common areas
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Respond promptly to guest room service requests and maintenance work orders
- Assist with maintaining the exterior appearance of the property
- Support routine inspections of building systems and equipment
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and service
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not required
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, PTAC units, and basic electrical systems is preferred
- Familiarity with fire protection and life-safety systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
