Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations

• Prepare and cook food according to company standards
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety requirements are met
• Monitor inventory levels and help reduce food waste
• Support food preparation and kitchen organization

Team Leadership

• Train and mentor Crew Members
• Help develop future Kitchen Leaders
• Foster teamwork between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Provide guidance and support during daily operations

Food Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Follow food safety procedures and operational standards
• Complete inventory rotation and safety documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

• Monitor kitchen equipment condition and performance
• Report maintenance needs promptly
• Help maintain a safe working environment for employees

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous restaurant experience required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to train and support team members
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork
