About the Role
Crocs is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to lead enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions. This role combines technical leadership, AI enablement, governance, automation development, and business partnership to drive productivity and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform adoption strategy.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and scale AI and automation opportunities.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Power Automate and existing Power Platform solutions.
- Manage and govern Dataverse environments, data services, and ownership models.
- Develop enterprise strategies for Power Platform connectors and integrations.
- Lead Copilot Studio governance, permissions, access controls, and security guardrails.
- Oversee Power Platform administration, including:
- Environment strategy
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
- Lifecycle management
- Monitoring and governance
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to support responsible AI usage.
- Build proof-of-concept solutions and automation prototypes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 or Modern Workplace technical leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Copilot
- Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Experience with Power Platform governance, Entra ID, Purview, and enterprise lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, integrations, APIs, and enterprise data connectors.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices and data governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Security, or AI.
- Experience with Python or Java development.
- Familiarity with pro-code AI development environments.
- Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions and governance frameworks.
