About the Role
Chipotle is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to join its Lakewood, Colorado restaurant team. Crew Members play an important role in creating a positive guest experience by preparing fresh food, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
This position offers hands-on training across multiple restaurant stations, including cashier, prep, grill, salsa, and expo. Whether you have restaurant experience or are entering the workforce for the first time, Chipotle provides opportunities for growth, development, and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh food according to Chipotle standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Operate various restaurant stations including cashier, prep, grill, salsa, and expo.
- Maintain food quality and safety standards.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support restaurant operations.
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping customers and supporting teammates.
- Willingness to learn food preparation and restaurant operations.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
- Experience as a cashier, server, host, cook, prep cook, dishwasher, or similar role.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Interest in long-term career growth opportunities.
