Job Summary
Chipotle is hiring Crew Members to help deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving fresh food. Team members receive training across multiple restaurant stations, including cashier, prep, grill, salsa, and expo. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about serving customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh food according to company standards
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and stocking
- Work collaboratively with team members across restaurant stations
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Desire to learn food preparation and restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the workplace
