Platform Role

Employer Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job listings posted on the platform.
Employers must comply with all applicable employment laws, wage regulations, and local labor requirements.
Employers must not post misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal job listings.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and lawful contact information, including phone numbers used for communication on the platform.
Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers are responsible for evaluating job opportunities and conducting their own due diligence before accepting work opportunities.
RatedWork does not guarantee the legitimacy, safety, or outcome of any job listing.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and lawful contact information, including phone numbers used for communication on the platform.
Payments
Payments for job listing packages or premium services are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
RatedWork does not store full payment card information.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of job listing services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once a listing has been submitted or published.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of verified technical errors that prevent a listing from being published or in cases of duplicate charges caused by system errors.
Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job listings
- Impersonate another person or company
- Use the platform for spam, scams, or deceptive practices
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the platform
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or removal.
User Conduct and Reporting
RatedWork is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy platform for both employers and job seekers.
Users may report suspicious activity, fraudulent job listings, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior through our contact channels.
RatedWork reserves the right to review and investigate any reported activity. If a user is found to be violating these Terms of Use or engaging in harmful behavior, RatedWork may take appropriate action, including:
- warning the user
- removing content
- suspending the account
- permanently banning the account
These actions may be taken without prior notice in order to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.

Limitation of Liability
RatedWork is not responsible for disputes, agreements, payments, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur between employers and job seekers.

RatedWork may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
