Ibotta is seeking an experienced Client Partner Director to join its Health, Beauty & Personal Care team. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing strategic client partnerships, driving revenue growth, expanding enterprise relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that create measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines consultative sales expertise, executive relationship management, strategic thinking, and strong commercial acumen to lead high-impact partnerships and influence long-term growth initiatives.
✔ Manage executive-level relationships with strategic enterprise accounts
✔ Develop and expand long-term client partnerships that drive business growth
✔ Lead complex negotiations across multiple products and solutions
✔ Identify revenue opportunities and expand existing client relationships
✔ Create and execute strategic account growth plans
✔ Deliver executive presentations, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations
✔ Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Account Management teams
✔ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on industry trends and growth opportunities
✔ Mentor team members and contribute to organizational development
✔ Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence and innovation
✔ Travel regularly to strengthen client relationships and support strategic initiatives
✔ 8+ years of experience in consultative sales, client strategy, account management, or business development
✔ Experience in digital media, advertising, retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries
✔ Proven success working with executive-level decision-makers and enterprise clients
✔ Track record of generating revenue growth through strategic partnerships
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling abilities
✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities
✔ Leadership experience mentoring colleagues and leading initiatives
✔ Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Google Workspace, or similar business tools
✔ Health, Beauty, and Personal Care industry experience is a plus
This position is based in Denver, Colorado with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office attendance three days per week. Candidates in select U.S. metropolitan areas may be eligible for remote work arrangements. Travel of approximately 40% or more may be required.
Total Compensation: $250,000 – $290,000 annually
Compensation includes a combination of base salary and performance-based incentives. Equity is granted separately as part of the overall compensation package. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
