Job Overview

GolfDEN is seeking energetic and customer-focused Golf Ambassadors/Hosts to help create a fun and memorable experience for guests visiting the venue.

This role involves greeting guests, assisting with golf simulator technology, serving beverages, maintaining bay areas, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and comfortable working in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to GolfDEN
• Explain available golf and entertainment options
• Take and deliver beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf bay areas
• Assist guests with bay setup and golf simulator technology
• Provide instructions on how to use GolfDEN equipment
• Resolve guest concerns professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive guest experience
• Pick up golf balls, clear tables, and maintain presentation standards

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and energetic personality
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Availability for:
  • Evenings
  • Weekends
  • Holidays
• Familiarity with golf technology or simulator systems preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
