What is a Job Pack and how does it work?

A Job Pack is a bundle of multiple job listings that allows you to post several jobs at a discounted rate.

Instead of purchasing individual listings one by one, you can buy a pack and use the listings whenever you need them.

How Job Packs work:

  • You purchase a Job Pack (5, 10, or 25 listings)

  • The listings are added to your account

  • Each time you post a job, one listing is used from your pack

  • 10 Job Pack – each listing is visible for 45 days

  • 25 Job Pack – each listing is visible for 60 days

Job Packs help you save money, post faster, and manage multiple job listings more efficiently.

What verification includes

To receive the badge, a company may be checked for:

  • Real business identity

  • Accurate company information

  • Active contact details

  • Legitimate services

Why it matters

How to get verified

Verification is handled manually by RatedWork.

To improve your chances:

  • Complete your company profile

  • Add a logo and detailed description

  • Provide accurate and consistent information

Important Note

What does “Hiring Now” mean?

The “Hiring Now” badge means that a company currently has active job listings on RatedWork and is looking for candidates.

How it works

A company receives the Hiring Now badge automatically when:

  • It has at least one active job listing

  • The job is visible to job seekers

Why it matters

The Hiring Now badge helps job seekers:

  • Quickly identify companies that are actively hiring

  • Focus on real, current opportunities

  • Apply faster to open positions

When the badge disappears

The badge is removed automatically when:

  • All job listings expire

  • The job is marked as Hired

  • The job is closed or deleted

Important Note

A company without the Hiring Now badge can still be active on RatedWork — it simply means they are not currently posting jobs.
